Economic Development Team

Meet Your Economic Development Partners

The Village of New Bremen is pro-business and has a strong commitment to promoting growth and prosperity in the community. To better carry out the economic development function of the village, New Bremen established the New Bremen Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) in 1979.

The CIC’s first effort was the development of the Bunker Hill Industrial Park. Over the years, it has worked to support new and existing business in the village.

In 2006, the village hired an economic development director — a position you won’t find in most communities with 3,000 residents. This proactive approach and commitment to help businesses succeed is one of the things you can depend on if you consider New Bremen as the home for your business.

Economic Development activities of business attraction, retention and expansion are carried out along with community development projects and federal and state reporting.

How the New Bremen CIC Works for You

The CIC is governed by a 15-member volunteer board of directors representing a wide variety of local business and government interests. This approach eliminates obstacles, accentuates start-ups and feeds business growth.

CIC MISSION:  The New Bremen Community Improvement Corporation, has as its sole purpose, advancing, encouraging and promoting the industrial, economic, commercial and civic development of the Village of New Bremen.

The CIC serves companies and site consultants as the single point of entry into our community. We work closely with village, county and state governments to provide an opportunity to build your business and love your life.

The New Bremen CIC is dedicated to making your goals a reality. We welcome the opportunity to work with you.
