Roll call showed the following members present for the meeting on this date at 6:30 p.m. Larger, Lomakin, Condon, Wuebker and Elshoff. Burnell was excused with a motion by Larger. Second by Lomakin. Also, present were Mayor Parker, Solicitor This, Fiscal Officer Speelman and Chief Skinner. Village Administrator Richter attended by telephone.
Visitors attending were Erin Gardner from Daily Standard and Corey Maxwell from The Evening Leader.
Minutes from the February 14, 2022 regular meeting were approved. Motion by Wuebker. Second by Elshoff. Five ayes.
Larger made a motion to approve total expenditures for February in the amount of $972,413.48 and total receipts for January were $1,154,368.65; noted Finance committee reviewed bank reconciliations for January. Second by Lomakin. Five ayes.

- Thank You to Councilman Larger for presiding over February 14 meeting.
Village Administrator Richter Report:
- Bike Path and Crosswalk – First grant reimbursement of $175,301.91 was approved by ODNR
- Sludge removal plan has been finalized and working on bid schedule.
- Water well #2 will be cleaned this spring.
- The 2020 Key account usage reports were mailed. Reviewing the 2022 energy cost forecast.
- Replacing electric poles marked as weak from last year’s pole testing.
Streine Drive in Bunker Hill Industrial Park is often misspelled as Striene Drive. In order to file the correct spelling with the county, an ordinance needs passed that any and all references to Striene Drive be corrected to Streine Drive. The correct spelling is ‘ei’ not ‘ie’.

Discussed pool pass rates and rentals. Due to increase cost operational cost, fuel and chemicals, the family season pool pass rate will increase from $100 to $125. Pool rentals of 50 people or less will increase from $150 to $200 and 51 people or more from $200 to $250. If half the party is under the age of 10 increase from $50 to $75. Use of the slide will stay at $50. YMCA Management Agreement and village website will be updated.
Reviewed the Management agreement with YMCA of Greater Dayton for community swimming pool for 2022 season. The pool will be operated by Grand Lake Health / Premier Health South YMCA. Management fee remained the same at $13,000.
