Roll call showed the following members present for the special
meeting on this date at 6:00 p.m. Schwartz, Richter, Kuck,
Kronenberger and Burnell. Parker was excused with a mothion by
Burnell. Second by Schwartz. Five ayes. Also present were Mayor
Pape, Chief of Police Skinner, Village Administrator Dicke, Fiscal
Officer Speelman and Solicitor Smith.
Motion by Kuck at 6:02 p.m. to enter into executive session for
personnel discussion. Second by Richter.
Came out of executive session at 7:30 p.m. with no action.
Kronenberger made a motion to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. Second by Schwartz. Five ayes.
