Roll call showed the following members present for the meeting on
this date at 5:00 p.m. Burnell, Parker, Larger, Kuck, Richter and
Kronenberger. Also present were Mayor Pape, Village Administrator
Dicke, Chief of Police Skinner and Fiscal Officer Speelman. Solicitor
Smith was absent.
Visitors were Bryan Niemeyer and Jason This.
Minutes from the December 11 meeting were approved. Motion by
Kuck. Second by Parker. Six ayes.
At 5:05 p.m., Kuck made motion to enter executive session to discuss
compensation. Second by Parker. Came out of executive session at
8:28 p.m. with no action.
Larger made a motion to approve total expenditures for December in
the amount of $1,431,805.41 and noted Finance committee reviewed
receipts for the month of November and bank reconciliations for
November. Second by Burnell. Six ayes.
Mayor Pape communicated that any projects within the Village will
need to have a project file created. On a monthly basis, a meeting
will be conducted with 2 councilman to discuss the project, to keep all
lines of communication open.
Larger made a motion to adjourn at 8:39 p.m. Second by Burnell. Six
ayes.
