Roll call showed the following members present for the meeting on this date at 6:30 p.m. Condon, Lomakin, Elshoff, Larger and Wuebker. Burnell was excused with a motion by Lomakin. Second by Larger. Also, present were Mayor Parker, Solicitor This, Fiscal Officer Speelman, Chief Skinner and Village Administrator Richter.
Visitors attending were Erin Gardner from Daily Standard and Jerry McClannan from Mote & Associates.
Minutes from the May 09, 2022 regular meeting were approved. Motion by Lomakin. Second by Condon. Five ayes.
Larger made a motion to approve total expenditures for May in the amount of $898,077.37 and total receipts for April were $1,254,909.50; noted Finance committee reviewed bank reconciliations for April. Second by Condon. Five ayes.

Village Administrator Richter Report:
- Pre-bid meeting for waste water plant lagoon sledge removal was on May 23. Five contractors were in attendance. Bid opening is 2:00p.m. on May 31.
- Opening day for the pool is May 27.
The Village’s property, vehicle and equipment insurance renews on July 1. Stolly Insurance received renewal of $70,557 for 2022, 2021 was $68,580. Will be meeting with Stolly to review renewal.
First Reading Resolution 2022-05-04 Annual Property, Vehicle and Equipment Insurance renewal.
The Planning Commission met on April 6, 2022 to discuss replat of Bunker Hill Industrial Park Lots 24, 25 and part of lot 18. The replat will accommodate future business development. Planning Commission recommends approval of the replat of lots in Bunker Hill Industrial Park.
Elshoff made motion to suspend the rule. Second by Condon. Five ayes. Declaring Emergency Ordinance 2022-05-14 Accept Bunker Hill Industrial Park replat of Lots 24, 25 and part of lot 18. Motion by Elshoff. Second by Wuebker. Five ayes.
Bunker Hill Industrial Park, Lot 25 of Tenth Addition to be transferred from Village of New Bremen to Community Improvement Corporation of New Bremen to sell for development.
Elshoff made motion to suspend the rule. Second by Lomakin. Five ayes. Declaring Emergency Ordinance 2022-05-15 Transfer from Village of New Bremen to Community Improvement Corp Lot 22, Tenth Addition Bunker Hill Industrial Park. Motion by Wuebker. Second by Larger. Five ayes.
Larger made a motion to enter executive session for personnel at 6:42 p.m. Second by Lomakin. Skinner and Speelman were excused. Came out of executive session at 6:57 p.m. with no action.
